    • Contact us to verify availability and rate.
    • Secure reservation with 50% down.
    • Prior to your arrival we'll provide you all the information needed to gain access to the condo.
  2. What type of entertainment amenities are inside the condo?
    • Two color televisions with a DVD player and an assortment of movies.
    • Free High-Speed Wireless Internet Access
    • Cable TV
    • Wide assortment of board games for adults and children (Trivial Pursuit, Pictionary etc.)
  3. What DVD's do you have at the condo?

  4. What type of kitchen amenities are inside the condo?

  5. What else is provide for our stay at the condo?

  6. Do you have a Washer/Dryer in the condo?
    • No, there is one available in the club house.
  7. What are the min and max number of nights stay?
    • We have a 4-night minimum during holidays and 3-night minimum otherwise. The maximum amount of time we will rent is for one month.
  8. Do you accept Credit or Debit cards?
    • Yes. We have an account setup through PayPal. We can send an invoice via email that will provide a link that allows you to securely make your payment online using most major Credit Cards (or Debit Cards). We also accept personal checks mailed directly to us.
  9. Where can we cross-country ski in Summit County
  10. Does the condo have a hottub and/or pool?
    • Yes, there is shared hottub and pool located in the club house.
